Ming-Chun Lu
Ming Lu holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Berkeley and a master’s degree in business taxation from the Leventhal School of Accounting at the USC Marshall School of Business. Ming has experience working at notable firms such as Deloitte, KPMG, Northrop Grumman, Fox, and Merrill Lynch. Beyond teaching, he is also heavily involved in student success initiatives. He is the faculty advisor for the UCLA chapter of Beta Alpha Psi (the accounting honor society). In addition, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ (AICPA) Academic Champions program and the California Society of CPA's Accounting Education Committee, which aim to increase the number of certified public accountants. He also maintains a YouTube channel called Accounting Is for You to provide students with knowledge about the accounting profession. Ming won the 2021 California Society of CPA's Outstanding Educator award.
