Building on techniques introduced in Introduction to XR Experience Design I, this course is centered around case studies from different industry, enterprise, medical and artistic areas.

- Study various XR locations and events immersively
- Become familiar with a wide range of business and non-business uses for immersive experiences
- Apply your understanding to author a thought paper on uses of immersive experiences in a specific industry of interest to you
About this course:
Building upon the foundational skills established in the introductory class, this course extends the exploration of tools and techniques vital for virtual reality design. Participants will be introduced to advanced principles, gaining insights into spatial storytelling, user interaction, and the psychological intricacies involved in crafting immersive experiences. Expert professionals will share project case studies, offering valuable real-world perspectives. Moreover, the course will delve into the integration of cutting-edge artificial intelligence tools, and how to incorporate them into virtual reality design to add richness and new concepts into immersive experiences.
