This course focuses on underwriting and managing accounts receivable or loan portfolios, examining credit exposure risks from both bank lenders' and trade creditors' perspectives.

- Learn how to document and communicate the components of a well-defined credit policy to ensure sound and prudent credit underwriting, ongoing due diligence, and strategic risk mitigation based on risk types and portfolio concentrations
- Learn how to apply applicable regulatory standards and know the importance of periodic portfolio stress testing and an adequate allowance for bad debts in compliance with the Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL) and other applicable requirements
- Gain an understanding of the key components of an effective portfolio management strategy including, credit analysis and decision-making

Learn to underwrite and manage an accounts receivable or loan portfolio. This course covers AR portfolio risk from the perspectives of both bank lenders and trade creditors.
