Project Management for the Entertainment Industry: Navigating Creativity and Complexity
Project Management Professional (PMP)® Exam Preparation
This course runs four full days and prepares participants for the new PMP® examination by PMI®. The curriculum is divided into six lessons and is based on the sequence of a project, covering all the domains, tasks, and enablers as identified in the updated Exam Content Outline (ECO) by PMI®. Project Planning with Microsoft Project®
This course provides hands-on experience to build a realistic schedule using MS Project® as a tool. Students start from the planning stage and progress though the monitoring phases to track performance on the project.
