About This Course
In this course designed specifically for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities, students will complete an inventory of how they spend their time, explore tools for effective planning and scheduling of time, and learn how to better avoid distractions. By setting realistic goals, correcting time-wasting behaviors, and managing stress this course aims to increase students' energy levels and improve their productivity.
