A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2009, Sarina Huber is a strategic program leader with over 20 years of experience managing enterprise initiatives. Her career is distinguished by a history of driving operational excellence, from leading a large-scale SAFe Implementation to orchestrating high-visibility customer events.

With a professional passion for instructional design and mentorship, Sarina specializes in bridging skill gaps through targeted training. She is experienced in Agile, Predictive, and Hybrid delivery models and has established formal coaching frameworks to accelerate the careers of junior project managers.
