Molly McMillan
Molly McMillan's experience in civil engineering, surveying and construction management spans over 25 years. Presently, Molly works as a Project Manager for Tilden Coil Constructors Inc. where she is managing new construction and modernization projects within the K-12 Education Sector. She has worked on many different types of commercial construction projects in both the public and private sector ranging from $50,000 to $50 million. Molly has experience with the process of generating the takeoff data from cost and estimating quantity and dimensions of numerous projects including new construction, tenant improvements, modernization, street and utility improvements, and groundwater remediation. She also has experience working within the parameters of the International Building Code, ADA Code, Green Building Code and LEED Guidelines.
Molly has a Masters of Science from the University of Washington in Civil Engineering and a Bachelors of Science from Cal Poly Pomona in Construction Engineering. She is certified as a Construction Health and Safety Technician from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and is working on a certification as a Certified Professional in Erosion & Sediment Control.
