(taxation) from Georgetown University Law Center. I am a licensed attorney and CPA. I started teaching face-to-face courses in 1987. Professional: Beginning with a brief stint as a revenue agent for the IRS, I have held tax and legal management positions in public accounting and private industry for over twenty years. Recently, I held the position of Vice President, Tax & Legal for a FORTUNE 1000, oil services company in Houston.
