Kenneth Fu
With a background that combines technical rigor with creative problem-solving, Kenneth brings a truly interdisciplinary perspective to software development. A staff software engineer in the aerospace industry, he earned a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UCSD and is now pursuing his third master's degree at UPenn. Before his tech career, he was a singer/songwriter and assistant producer in the music industry, a creative journey that began while studying physics as an undergraduate. Through his experience navigating significant learning curves, he developed systematic teaching methods he is passionate about sharing with new coders. Also an alumnus of UCLA Extension's Writers' Program, his scripts have been recognized in major festivals and competitions including Big Break and Cine Story Retreats. He hopes to one day teach screenwriting and music production, further bridging the gap between art and technology.
