Edward Varias

Edward Varias is a Los Angeles based interior designer and educator. He earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Architecture from California State University Long Beach, his Master of Arts in Education with Argosy University and his Master of Interior Architecture with California State Polytechnic Pomona. Edward had worked at JS Sugita & Associates, and Gensler before becoming a principal designer for EV Design. He's designed myriads of civic, retail, healthcare, hospitality and residential projects.

His diverse work experiences have made him flexible to any interior design projects which include the renovation of Oklahoma City's Will Rogers International Airport (Gensler and Benham Group), Beverly Pediatric Medical Group, Eric Hanan flagship store, Princess Cruise line's - Internet Cafe (Gensler) and the home of Asia's most beloved actor, Jackie Chan in Beverly Hills. Edward has been featured in numerous publications, lifestyle magazines and appeared on the Christopher Lowell show for the Discovery Channel.

Edward Varias shares his passion for design through his lectures, seminars and design workshops both local and international. He maintains his own design practice while teaching at Pasadena City College and UCLA Extension.
