Bassam Raslan

Bassam Raslan has over 38 years of experience leading complex construction, infrastructure, and capital improvement programs across a wide range of sectors, including sports facilities, aviation infrastructure, educational institutions, justice facilities, commercial developments, and federal projects with the GSA. His expertise spans construction program management, capital project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams from concept through completion.

A Certified Construction Manager, LEED Accredited Professional, and licensed General Contractor, Bassam draws on extensive real-world experience directing large-scale public and private projects. His leadership roles have included serving as Regional Director of Construction for the Los Angeles Unified School District's multibillion-dollar Bond Program, where he was responsible for the construction of more than 30 new schools, and as Vice President of Construction for Legends Global, where he helped oversee development of the $5 billion SoFi Stadium project.

Bassam earned a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University and a master's degree in Civil Engineering and Engineering Mechanics from California State University, Fullerton.
