Bassam Raslan is a construction program manager with 38 years of experience leading complex, large-scale building, and infrastructure programs. He has directed major capital projects across a wide range of sectors, including sports facilities, aviation infrastructure, educational institutions, justice, commercial developments, and federal projects with the GSA. Bassam has successfully managed multi-disciplinary teams, guided programs from concept through completion. He previously served as Regional Director of Construction for the Los Angeles Unified School District multi-billion Bond Program responsible for construction of more than thirty new schools and as Vice President of Construction with Legends Global in management of the Rams new $5.0 billion SoFi stadium.
Bassam has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from North Carolina State University and master’s degree in civil engineering and engineering mechanics from California State University, Fullerton. He is LEEP Accredited Professional, Certified Construction Manager, and licensed General Contractor.
