Program Fee and Payment Options: The fee of $5,895 is due by March 20, 2026 and includes all required texts and materials for your four courses. Program fee may not be prorated for less than full participation. Please do not purchase a parking permit since complimentary parking will be provided upon arrival.
In the reservation form below, please ensure your "Second choice" is different from your "First choice" for each period. Example: If "First Choice" is A1, then A1 cannot be chosen in the "Second Choice".
Purchase Orders: Email your company purchase order along with a copy of the reservation form for the participant(s) in the PO to billing@unex.ucla.edu.
The refund/cancellation policy includes a nonrefundable $30 processing fee.
