About this course:
The course addresses construction project management components from the contractor's perspective, with an emphasis on publicly owned projects. You examine all facets of project management tools on the jobsite and the expected roles of the site management team (project managers, project/field engineers and superintendents), as well as all aspects of a typical, large-sized project, from project planning to closeout. You also learn management skills and techniques to effectively manage construction jobsite projects.
Prerequisites
C&EE X 407.2 Construction Materials and Building Systems or background in the industry.
