About This Course
Free and open-source, Blender powers world builders, AR/VR developers, animators, and game designers. In this practical, hands-on course, you’ll learn to navigate the Blender interface and model custom objects for game and XR environments. A series of live workshops covers crafting materials, UV maps, and texture atlases for high performance, leveraging generative AI to create initial asset concepts, and environment design. Students are introduced to Godot Engine, including importing assets, setting up scenes, and previewing, By the end of the course, you’ll be ready to tackle WebXR, game engine projects, or 3D printing workflows with confidence. No prior experience necessary.
