Deep Thoughts Discussion Group

In our friendly discussion group, we discuss a different pre-selected and nebulous topic at each class meeting. Comments are polite and limited to about two minutes, so that no one can monopolize the time or the group. Topics include: the rules we live by, the advice we would give to our teenage self, what we have learned from our travels, the existence and nature of our soul, whether we can change other people’s minds, fairness and bias in the media, and what makes us laugh. Other suggestions are welcome.
